Terms and Conditions

Note: This is only a resume of our terms.  For full details Contact us.

Health and Safety

We will do our best to work around any existing medical conditions but reserve the right not to accept a booking where we feel anyone’s health or safety might be compromised.

Booking

Activities will be booked in advance and any relevant health issues brought to our attention at this time. We reserve the right to cancel the activity on the day with only a 50% refund if an undisclosed (or under-reported) medical condition causes the leader concern for the health or safety of any member of the party.  Payment will usually be  by cheque, received by us prior to the activity being  taking place, or in cash  on the day. We can invoice companies and  organisations or our instructor can work and be paid in the manner of an part-time employee where we deem this appropriate. No activity will go ahead unless payment has been received . If we cancel an activity for any reason we will refund any fees paid to us. This will be the limit of our liability and we will not refund “loss of earnings” or “loss of leave”. If you withdraw from a booked activity more than 7 days before it is due to commence we will refund your  payment in full. If you cancel less than 7 days but more than 1day we will refund 50% of your payment. There will be no refunds for cancellations made on the day of commencement or in the case of failure to attend without notice.
We do not accept credit cards of any description.

Accidents

All accidents must be reported as soon as they occur, no matter how minor, in order that they can be adequately documented.
In any case all accidents must be reported within 1 calendar month of their occurrence, even if the final extent of the injury is not known. We will not accept liability for accidents reported to us outside of this time limit.

Insurance

Whilst we carry £5 million of insurance cover to protect us against claims for negligence we do not insure for personal accident or damage to property etc. Clients are advised to make their own insurance arrangements with regard to these matters.
